Duncan Cates Cave

Duncan Cates Cave was born in Greeneville, Tennessee in 1978. He is licensed to practice law in the State Courts of Tennessee and the Federal Court of the Eastern District of Tennessee.

Duncan graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University in 2002. In addition, Duncan played as a starting offensive lineman for the Vanderbilt Commodores where he was named Academic All-SEC in 2001 and 2002. He earned his J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in 2007. He is a graduate of the National Criminal Defense College and is a member of the Greene County Bar Association. Duncan currently resides in Kingsport, Tennessee.
